My Side Sleep to Life - Series GEL

Our mattress is under 10 years old. Over the past two years, the mattress has started to become less firm, on the edge and where we sleep; Also in between the two side, there is now a bump along the length of the mattress. These seem to be signs of deterioration. Do you stand by your product? I believe we have a 10 year warranty.
