I was extremely impressed with their customer service. Twice I emailed them and twice they responded within hours and NOT a pre-recorded response, but, personal. Then I received a phone call for more information NOT a turn down, but an effort to actually resolve a problem. And then, I called and much to my surprise, they answered the phone. A week later I had my rebate. In this day and age it was a pleasure to actually deal with a company that has customer service and isn't trying to get out of the paying the rebate or to shuffle you off as someone else's problem.
