The bed is so soft I have a very difficult time rolling over and even trying to get out of the bed. The corners on the mattress do not stand level, they are kinda rolled down as if they were sat on my many people. Tends to indicate that it was a floor model bed. I just do not believe this is the same bed I tested in the store. I would like to discuss an exchange for a harder mattress please. I was told this was the best for people with severe spinal and back pain. But, again, I am finding this bed a big mistake for the issues I have (which by the way are worsening.)
