my mattress warranty

I bought a king size Alto Mattress in July 2016. I rotate the mattress often and I am still getting dips. What do I do?

One Answer:

You can a couple of different things:

  1. Go to the retailer you purchased your mattress from and let them know that your mattress has body impressions. The Alto has a 10 year warranty on the mattress.
  2. You can call Southerland and speak to someone. You can google Southerland Mattress and a customer service number should come up.

We have carried Southerland for a number of years and they are very easy to work with.
