Purchased a Sleeptronic Dream Dynamics Matteress (Heavens Night)...the only part that supports a person is in middle of the bed...If you are sleeping on say the left side, support is not felt.

'Is the only supportive part of the mattress suppose to be in the MIDDLE??? On both sides of the middle, support is not felt.
