I purchased a Natures Bounty Latex Eurotop on 6/6/2010 and the store we purchased from went out of business shortly after. The mattress has a sink hole in the middle and have to hold on the edge of the bed to pull out of the hole. The boxspring purchased at the same time has very loud squeaking noise. I see there is a 20 year warranty on the mattress. Also we were not aware that we were delivered a floor model and not one that was in stock. The store was 'Just Mattresses' at 18169 #1044 Highlandroad, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70809. Do you honor this 20 year warranty as shown on your web site?
