One way to firm up a mattress is to add a piece of plywood between the mattress and the foundation/box spring. Most foundations have some give to them, but putting the mattress on a less responsive surface, the bed will feel firmer. Thank you!

buy a hard mattress and use a topper.. This is a secret the mattress industry does not want you to know!!!! |

A piece of plywood will NOT make a mattress firmer.. You cannot make a mattress firmer. |
