No. Serta hasn't made 2-sided mattresses in some time (at least retail). They do still make them for hotels though, but those are commercial versions. And contrary to popular belief, there are still double sided mattresses out there, they're just not typically found in most mattress stores. Royal Pedic and Custom Comfort come to mind.

Sean is correct that this mattress can not be flipped, nor can any currently available Perfect Sleeper models, as far as we know. But we just wanted to clarify that Serta does actually sell its "Hotel Mattresses" directly to the public, so in that sense they do still have some two-sided mattresses available. But they are not part of the Perfect Sleeper collection.
