I bought an Avalon Plush made by Corsicana, but I am positive they gave me the Firm. Is there a way to confirm this by looking at the number or markings on the tag?

This is a tough one. Even if the pattern #'s on the law label are correct, there could still be firm coils in there. It is normal for mattresses to come firmer at first. Try going back to the store to be certain of the one you bought.
