I bought this mattress 6 years ago and was told it wouldnt sag and that is one of the main reasons I purchased this but now the only place the mattress is comfortable is in the middle where no one sleeps both sides are sunk in. I want to know how long the warranty is for? and if it would be covered I paid over 2000 dollars for this mattress so I hope you can help me. one last question who would I contact to cover the warranty.

For any warranty issues related to Dream Bed products, I think your first call should be to Mattress Firm. I presume that's where you bought it, since according to our information, Mattress Firm created and owns this brand. Best of luck.
