Does anyone have any experience or familiarity with the Paramount Nature's Spa mattress? We are looking for a mattress for my lower back problems.

Our store has been selling a similar mattress from a different manufacturer. We like the feel of this bed and Talalay has a good track record for longevity. The price would be key... Talalay offers good air movement and, short of an air conditioner, this mattress should be cooler than others. They say on their site that they use wool fibers as well. Wool is an under appreciated material. Talalay has a different feel from memory foam, a bit firmer. Have you laid on this bed? The only negative I see is the same as with most beds - the longevity is limited by you. What we mean is that our bodies change over time, and this bed will feel different to you in 10 or so years, even if the bed is in relatively good shape. We carry a line of air chamber beds by Comfortaire, and these will have better longevity. Comfortaire uses plant based foams for lower VOC's, and natural fibers as well. The key is when your body changes, so can this bed. The price on a queen mattress is around $2,000 (some less, some more) so compare this to the price they are offering their mattress at. If you find this mattress comfortable, it seems to be a good one. Make sure there is a trial period, just in case.

Hi there! I actually work for Paramount Sleep, the company who manufactures the Nature's Spa mattress you are looking at. We are so pleased to hear you are interested in our mattress. I am not sure which model you are looking at, but our Nature's Spa collection is built to last with several layers of natural talalay latex on top of a soy based foam core. The core will provide years of durability and stability while the layers of latex will conform to your body's unique shape and distribute weight evenly, reducing the pressure points that will cause tossing and turning. The mattress is designed to provide maximum support to the entire body and also offer extreme comfort. If you would like to tell me specifically where you are looking, I can put you in touch with one of our sales representatives who can answer any additional questions you may have. Thank you for your interest in our mattress!

I purchased a Nature Spa Retreat about 2 years ago and I LOVE it!! So much that we purchase 3 more for our guest bedrooms. Before purchasing our Nature Spa we looked at and tried tons of beds. When I laid on the NS bed I told my husband THIS IS IT!! At that point I didn't even know the price of the bed and didn't care I just knew this was the bed for us!!! Needless to say, we love these beds and so do our guests! Thank You
