A few key things to know here: 1) Unless you are bedridden or have a condition that makes you extremely prone to bed sores and the like, pressure relief is not really relevant to back sleeping -- it is only relevant to side sleeping. So any time you see a pressure map of someone on their back, this is either just marketing or a sign that the person assessing the mattress is a fake expert. 2) In any sleep position, you do need to worry about proper spinal alignment, which generally means holding your spine in the same position it's in when you're standing. This is where the lower back issues get addressed.
