How can I review a store where I shopped for a mattress?
Mattress store reviews can be posted on our store review form. You can also find links to this form on any store profile page on this site.
We bought our mattress a while ago – does this matter?
This is fine, of course. Most people keep their mattress an average of 8-10 years, so it is expected that many reviewers will have purchased their current mattress a number of years ago. That said, your review will only be as useful as it is accurate and detailed, so please be sure you can remember enough about your experience shopping at this store to submit a quality review.
What if we don’t know the exact address of the store location where we bought our mattress?
Using the autocomplete functionality in the store address box, just start typing any part of the store's address (e.g., "Pasadena, CA" or "Spruce St"). Then choose the appropriate store location from the drop-down menu that will appear within a few seconds. Only matching addresses of actual mattress store locations will be shown. If you have already selected a retailer from the Store Name drop-down menu in the box above, then only the addresses from that retailer’s stores will be shown. If the store name and/or address of the mattress store you’re reviewing do not appear in these drop-down menus, please just enter the appropriate information and proceed with your review - we will then add the missing store information to the site.
Can my spouse and I each submit our own review of the same store?
With store reviews, please consolidate your comments relating to a single shopping experience into a single review. This will help avoid duplication of information, and will ensure that a single good or bad experience does not receive disproportionate significance on the site. The one exception to this would be the rare case where the two of you had very different experiences shopping at the same store (e.g., one of you was very pleased while the other was highly disappointed).
Can we send this to our friends and family to ask them to review their mattress shopping experience as well?
