Amazon gift cards from GoodBed provide a simple and convenient way to enjoy the cash back you earn on your mattress purchase. 

GoodBed is the only mattress shopping website that shares our referral fees with our readers in the form of Cash Back on your mattress purchase. Gift cards from Tremendous, our rewards partner, are one of the principal ways that we pay these Cash Back rewards to our readers. This guide answers commonly asked questions about receiving these rewards.

When will I receive my GoodBed Cash Back?

We will issue your Cash Back reward to you as soon as possible after your eligibility has been confirmed with the retailer and any applicable return or cancellation window has ended. This time period varies by retailer but is typically between 30 and 90 days after your purchase.

How will I receive my Amazon gift card?

Your cash back reward will be sent to the email address you provided on the redemption form. Be aware that the email containing your cash back reward will NOT come from a GoodBed email address.

In the case of an Amazon gift card, your reward will come in an email from Amazon that also includes a message from GoodBed. As far as we know, Amazon gift cards sent on our behalf will always come from this email address: gc-orders@gc.email.amazon.com

To make sure this email doesn't mistakenly get marked as spam, we recommend adding this email address to your contacts or your safe senders list.

Is it possible my cash back could arrive some other way?

GoodBed currently offers two types of Cash Back rewards – Amazon gift cards and Tremendous gift cards. The type of reward you receive will depend on which retailer you purchased from, and is shown in the confirmation email you received from us immediately after your redemption was submitted.

If your email says you'll receive an Amazon gift card, this reward will be sent to you by Amazon, as explained in this guide. However, if your email says you'll receive cash back that is "redeemable via PayPal, Visa, Venmo, or hundreds of retailers and charities," you should expect an email from our other reward partner, which is a company called Tremendous.

How can my Amazon gift card be used?

We chose Amazon as a rewards partner because we know most of our readers use Amazon, and their gift cards offer an easy and flexible way to use your cash back. Here are some ways you can use it:

• Apply your gift card to any Amazon purchase during the checkout process.
• Add your gift card balance to your Amazon account for later use, where it will never expire.
• Send your Amazon gift card to a friend. Once you've added the gift card balance to your own account, it can't be transferred to other accounts. But before you do that, it can be sent to anyone else you want.

How do I redeem my Amazon gift card once I receive it?

Once you receive the email with your Amazon gift card, there are two simple ways to redeem it, as shown below.

If you encounter any errors, you may contact Amazon customer service and reference the order number in the gift card email that you received from Amazon.

Use the Claim Code

The email you receive from Amazon will contain a Claim Code for your gift card. This Claim Code can be copied and pasted to either enter it during the checkout process or to add the balance for this gift card to your Amazon account. Here's how the Claim Code will look:

The email you receive from Amazon will contain a link you can click to "Apply to your Amazon Account." Here's how this will look:

Clicking this link will take you to a page on Amazon where you can add the full gift card amount to your Amazon account for future use, where it will never expire. Note that by default, Amazon will automatically apply your gift card balance to eligible orders during the checkout process. However, if you don’t want to use your gift card balance on your order, you can simply unselect it as a payment method in checkout.
