Delivery Policy:

• Policy: Delivery available - Free with any mattress purchase
• Set-up: Set-up provided with delivery - Extra fee applies (+$149.95)
• Removal: Removal of old mattress provided with delivery - Extra fee applies
• Notes: Free smartDROP Shipping with any mattress purchase. White Glove Mattress Delivery is $149.95 (but is included for free with mattress purchases over $1,499.95).

Return Policy:

• Policy: Comfort Guarantee -- Mattresses can be exchanged for up to 365 days (after 30 day minimum trial).
• Fees: Reselection Service Fees start at $299.95 depending on delivery zone.
• Notes: Original order must have a mattress protector purchased. The mattress and foundation must be in original condition. This comfort guarantee is not valid on warranty exchanges, closeouts or floor models. Comfort exchange will be voided by any stains, odors, law tag removal, rips, cuts, or other damage.

Lowest price guarantee

• Policy: Store will match any comparable advertised price for the same mattress for 30 days after purchase.
• Notes: Damaged, clearance, closeout, discontinued, special-buy, or liquidation sales are excluded. Price difference is refunded to you in a BedMart Merchandise credit.
