The store service was good and they tried to fix the problem, but ultimately it was the defective stock (noxious fumes from mattress) of the manufacturer. I was allowed one exchange, which they honored, but I received the same problem with the exchanged set. The store won't refund my money or take the stinking mattress out of my home.
