Great materials and feel but too hard after few hours

It wakes me up early in the morning because of the pressure points make it uncomfortable. I can't fall asleep again after that for hours. I wish I've got softer aireloom mattress like Crystal Cove Firm or Pacific Coast Firm.

aireloom daybreak DO NOT PURCHASE

I bought an aireloom (daybreak) biggest mistake ever sagged inside of 3 months, Gardner white no help in returning. Still its lumpy with no back support. DO NOT PURCHASE EVER

Beautiful mattress, that's about it!

Never had one good night on this. After three horrendous months it's on my bedroom floor wrapped and covered with a zipped matress cover for my four little dogs to sleep on at night. If I could find the receipt or remember where I purchased it I would have returned it after a week. (. Never used it right away after purchase.) Someone else may love this matress; however, just not me!

It was great while it lasted (2 years)

I was upsold this mattress by an RC Willey Sleep expert. He assured me this mattress would be the best of the best. It was great for 2 years then it sagged to the point that I started having back pain. I would go to bed feeling great and then wake up in pain. We contacted the warranty people and they measured it and after 2 years it was 1/4" from meeting the sag warranty limit. They said it was only a matter of time. We had them measure again after 6 months and they changed how they measure it and suddenly it didn't sag as much any more (what a joke). My wife started having pain too by this time. RC Willey came out and said that we are sleeping wrong and/or we have back problems. We encorporated their sleep tips and still have problems. Neither of us are overweight or have ever had back problems or injuries.

Quality Control Lacking at Aireloom

When spending top dollar for a handmade, luxury mattress you expect an superior experience, or at least we did. This has not been the case. When our new Aireloom Handmade was delivered there was something "off" about it. As soon as it was placed on the new Aireloom box springs we realized what it was. It was square. Yup, measuring a precise 77" X 77" it was indeed a square. We were told to be patient that when the mattresses are warehoused standing on their end they compress and in a couple of weeks the mattress will settle and come to its intended shape and size (76" X 80"). Well, it has been 2 weeks and the mattress currently measures 76" X 77.5". This is not the quality we were expecting when spending this much on a mattress. Had we known that Aireloom would not provide the quality product and experience that we thought we were paying for we would likely have saved ourselves a couple thousand dollars and gone with one of the more mainstream brands. The retailer has asked us to remain patient through the "break in period". We will be reaching out to Aireloom to see what they have to say/do. The mattress was the most comfortable to us in the store, and it is a comfortable mattress. We sleep cool. It is a bit lumpy when we first get into bed, but that quickly goes away. The product is aesthetically pleasing, but who the mattress once it comes home gets made? It does appear to be a well constructed mattress, but again, the dimensions issue leaves us wary... We'll see where things go from here.

worse we never had my cheap was a better one have to turn this one around all the time from head to bottom can flip it like I could my old one we have the superior therapedic if I could take it to the dump can't buy a new one so we will have to do with this one

Wonderful soft/firm combination

We have only had this mattress (Selena luxtop firm/Silver Night firm) 1 night and we both rate it a 10! You match score only gave me a "5.8" but this is exactly perfect for a side sleeper who wants softness with underlying firm support. The latex gives great support and keeps the mattress cool. Bought in from Gregory at OC mattress in Orange CA ---he was fantastic! Exchanged one Aireloom that was not a fit and made sure we were happy. Thx Gergory!

Worst mattress

My husband purchased this bed when he was single, and I too thought this was the greatest bed ever when I would stay over. It is from the Hotel collection and cost over $5k. Now we are married, and I have severe neck, back and arm issues. I am 32, 5'10 and 150 lbs. I am extremely fit and not overweight, I have never broken a bone, and have no history of pain anywhere. I now see a chiropractor regularly. My husband has had worsening issues and sees a masseuse regularly. Before I met him, I slept on a futon regularly with no issues. Interestingly, when we travel- our issues go away. I've tried all kinds of pillows, temper pedic and otherwise, with no avail. Sleeping on anything else alleviates our issues. This bed flat out sags. We had the warranty inspector come out and measure the identations and they weren't yet deep enough for them to replace, which is completely ridiculous. String and weights used by the inspector are not human bodies. I got different measurements when I measured- of course they don't want to replace expensive mattresses. When my husband gets into bed, I literally roll towards him. He is 6'4 and 185 lbs. There is a massive indentation on his side and we can't cuddle or anything without immediately feeling pain on his side. We rotated the bed regularly and everything. I've resorted to sleeping in the couch because I hate this bed. I'm sure everyone on here wrote reviews 6 months- 1 year in, but this is after 5+ years. Who has the money to replace an aireloom mattress every five years?!? I'm not generally a review writer, but I woke up in tears this morning from pain, and my husband finally agreed to purchasing a different brand mattress.

It's a DREAM!!!

I am a CONVERT!! I've only been sleeping on my Aireloom mattress for a little over a week and I have noticed the HUGE difference in the quality of my sleep. Something I hadn't considered was that my old mattress was over 20" thick, which I thought was a good thing, but it was impossible to find sheets - even deep pocket sheets didn't work. I am getting superior support from my Aireloom in much less "space" and I'm able to tuck my flat sheets in again!!! Melissa Cruise was a rock star in educating me on the benefits of Aireloom. We met at Macy's to learn about the different models - she's been after me for many years to invest in my health and I'm so glad I (finally) listened to her!!! Don't hesitate to buy an Aireloom - your body will thank you!!!

Like sleeping in an "Anti Gravity" enviroment!

I use a CPAP machine and must sleep flat on my back. I use a pillow under my knees for comfort and I feel "no pain"! I normally have a lot of lower back pain (had surgery in 2003 for ruptured disc) - my lower back pain has been reduced "a lot" by sleeping in this new bed. I still have some back pain in the daytime (less than usual) and zero in this bed. When I pull off the CPAP mask and sleep on my side, I have zero shoulder and hip pain - my old innerspring mattress was useless for side sleeping as my arm and leg would go numb. This bed was very expensive!! It was worth it for me to have far less lower back pain. Customer support was excellent in communication and problem solving.
