Angels Sing!

Coming from a completely deflated experience with a king sleep number bed, this bed has made a world of difference in the quality of my sleep! The bed is solidly constructed and luxurious to sleep on. No more hip pain....greatly diminished restless leg syndrome too. I am a side sleeper and this bed gives me both support and pressure relief....worth every penny!

Love it!

I really like the support this mattress offers and it sleeps great! We bought it at the Furniture Mall of Kansas and the salesperson and delivery crew were great. I would recommend this mattress for it's quality and comfort.

This is our second Aireloom Westford mattress as the firs...

This is our second Aireloom Westford mattress as the first one was bad and they replaced it. The second one is as bad as the original one. The inspector said the the mattress was sagging an 1 1/2" but is still within the manufacturers specifications and can't be replaced. My wife and I both wake up with a horrible back ache. The mattress company said they can't guarantee that the mattress has to sleep comfortable, just that it is within the manufacturers specification. I can promise that I will never buy another Aireloom mattress or buy another mattress of any brand from Mattress Warehouse. I am just stuck with an expensive mattress and a hard lesson.

Good Morning Robert, We are very sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction. And yes, a 1.5" impression is considered a sag by the majority of manufacturer's warranty guidelines & would be approved for replacement (provided the mattress has proper support underneath & is not stained). Deciding after delivery that a mattress is too hard or too soft for one's liking is not a warrantable defect. That being said, you stated that the 3rd party inspector deemed the mattress as having a 1.5" impression. If you feel the measurement or denial was in error, please feel free to reach out to me directly at so I can possibly assist you further. We at Aireloom are very proud to have one of the lowest warranty return rates in the industry, yet are equally eager to replace the mattress if it is in fact defective.

Works for a Plush lover and Firm lover

My husband and I have been through more mattresses then I care to mention just trying to find a compromise. He loves a really firm mattress and I love a soft mattress. We finally found our answer in this hybrid plush!! I learned to sleep on my back because it was too painful to side sleep on a firm mattress and always woke up in pain. Now I can sleep on my side without pain. My husband has had two back surgeries and is now a back sleeper and this mattress has enough support that he is comfortable. I was worried it would be too soft for him, but he says it's not. It was firmer at first and took a few months to break in fully. There are noticeable "soft spots" where we sleep, but not sagging or lumpy and it's not increasing yet. We are thinking we should turn the mattress eventually. I also love the black box spring and dark black/gray side of the mattress since those areas can get dirty over time. Overall we have been very pleased with this mattress and so excited we don't have to go through any more mattresses!!

Do NOT purchase Airloom does not stand behind there product

purchased Airloom bed in 2011 for 5K from Sit n' Sleep. 2015 it's sagging on one side. Went into Sit n' Sleep store and sales rep said we purchased a "spare bedroom bed". We were replacing our previous bed due to sagging, Sit n' Sleep honered the warranty and gave us a prorated credit. The sales person knew when we purchased the Airloom we were replacing a bed we were going to be sleeping in every night. We called Sit n' Sleep customer service and they sent a thrill party company out to inspect the Airloom. It was sagging 11/4" Sit n' Sleep would not honor the warranty, it had to be sagging 11/2" to fall u dear warranty. Jan. I asked to speak to a manager that I wanted to appeal and I am still waiting for a call back. Jan. I called and talked to Airloom and told them about our horrible experience with Sit n' Sleep and ansked if they would stand behind there product and honor credit. They said they would research my case with Sit n' Sleep and third party inspection and get back to me. It is Feb. and I have NOT heard back from Sit n' Sleep or Airloom.

Sagged within months, no help from the retailer or Company.

It's just plain not worth the money, 2500 bucks. It sagged within months. The retailer and their inspectors are like the Government, they can't be trusted. The manufacturer just refers complaints back to the retailer, RC Willey in Murray, Ut. Don't take my word for it. Here's what the Mattress Review Guru said: The Bad These beds tend to be quite pricey and market their self saying they are, “The Hand Made Mattress”. This is all well and good, but the truth is that most higher-end mattresses are hand assembled anyways. Another problem is that foam mattresses in general start to wear out and sag rather quickly. Considering the price of Aireloom beds, one would hope to get a good number of years out of it before the mattress starts to wear.

BEST EVER - IMMEDIATE PAIN RELIEF - TOTAL COMFORT

My husband and I have never been so cozy comfortable. We have the split king with adjustable base. I immediately was relieved from hip pain that I had from a fairly new Temperpedic mattress. The only complaint we have is: WE DON'T WANT TO GET OUT OF BED IN THE MORNING.

Became uneven on both sides in 2 years

I miss the old mattress that I could flip from time to time. With all this luxury and technology- our Aireloom Mattress is sunken from both my husband 's and my sides and there's a higher ridge in between us. Very uncomfortable.

It's a SICK joke!

Way too much money for a terrible quality mattress. Right from the beginning it's been night after night of restless sleep and every morning when my wife and I wake up we have terrible back pain. Would not give to a homeless man I would feel terrible for him. It sags way too much. The only way we can get to sleep is if we sleep on opposite edges which are extremely firm compared to the middle.
