We has problems every step of the way with Sleepys. From the sales people not being able to give us a final price from the delivery company refusing to take there shoes off to step inside our new house. Our mattress set began to deform in less the a month and we called the store,they said its a "comfort" issue.We said no,its a structural issue we were passed around all over the place until they said to call the the manufacturer. But I want people to know how FREAKING RUDE AND JERKISH the the people in customer service were. From the second they answered my call there was just this attitude that was very disrespectful. I can't tell you how bad it was but we were floored. Long story short we got another set,it did the same thing so we went somewhere else to start over. If all you want is price and think you can' have problems (which you will,Sleepys is like Wal Mart,sets are made JUST for their stores with lower performance which helps them sell cheaper) I would say think again.
