When our mattress failed grossly with 2 inches of sag, the representatives were quick to say that the mattress qualified for it's warranty. However, eventhough we purchased their warranty protection program and their "special" mattress cover, they wouldn't honor the warranty, calling it void due to a mattress stain. Don't buy at Sleepy's or at least know you will not be getting a warranty with your product.
