The worst return policy I have ever run across. I bought a very expensive mattress, they gave me a good price on sale. I slept on it the recommended 2 1/2 weeks and was misrable. went back to another store to return it and had to buy something the same price or more then the original price- not the sale price. I was not happy had to spend more money and they tried to charge me another delivery cost. I feel very ripped off. NO customer satisfaction here. Hope the new mattress works out if not I will sell it and deal with another company.

    as it goes there are very few honest salesmen in this town....no wonder they don't build the furniture in the Carolinas any longer...
