Had to call sleepys customer service about 20 times and have been placed on hol for a total of 2 hrs. iI am still waiting for the mattress as I speak. They say they will deliver at a certain time but do not. Had to reschedule several times. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my entire life. What kind of delivery service gives you a delivery arrival time "anytime from 7am to 10pm"?!

    Sleepys uses 4 hour windows. the only time you would ever get a timeframe like that it if you are requesting a same day delivery. in that case how can you get an exact timeframe when the truck is not even loaded yet?
