My husband and I purchased a mattress set, bed frame and mattress protector on July 5, 2012. Three mattresses and five deliveries later, I received my present mattress on Aug 8, 2012. I NEVER received the correct bed frame as originally purchased. We encountered defective products, items out of warehouse, late deliveries, very unprofessional delivery people, zero response from customer service emails, and lots of frustration. On the up side, the company conceded that we had been through alot. We went back and spent more money on the second mattress round, so the company upgraded the final mattress to a Sealy Hybrid. The mattress is four months old and sagging badly in the lumbar area. This particular mattress had been left in the sun, bent in half for over an hour during set-up. The mattress was buckled badly in the middle. I am know dealing again with customer support to try and achieve a positive outcome. I have asked for a refund of the actual money originally spent and they have refused. I would like to purchase elsewhere.
