So far a good experience. Although our mattress we purchased is much more firm then the floor model we tested out. We went back to the store and they said it will take time for the mattress to loosen up like a new pair of boots. That we could even walk on it some to break it in. So we are giving it a little more time to see if it softens up. I really hope it does so we won’t have to go through the hassle of exchanging it
