This company sells products then refuses to replace them when they break. I called the warranty dept. but was told that they don't stand behind their merchandise. I called the factory but found out they were in the process of going out of business.

I am finding out the hard way how piss poor the customer service and warranty department for Mattress Firm is. The store experience was fine at time of purchase but God help you if you have any warranty issues. We are on our second mattress in less than 5 years and Mattress Firm has been less than helpful in the warranty department. The process they put you through to file a warranty claim will take months. I would suggest before you purchase look at any local Mom and Pop Furniture stores or their competitors before you purchase with the Mattress Firm.
