Tried to return(wrong bed), "free" base meant i'd lose 70% $

Let's start with "I want a sealy satisfied 2 firm". he says "well our medium is a firm". Okay, if that's the most firm they have then I'm in. Nope, extra firm. He forgot to mention that. So to return my unwanted bed, $700 burned away, no bed, and a bed base that is 3" short of being wide enough for a queen. At least it's adjustable, that I've used one time.

The store was fine. Was surprised to see a purple matress there. One guy didn't care about his job at all. Another guy tried to be super helpful and promised "I will find out and I will definitely get back to you". He never did. So I still have a "free" bed base, that cost me like $600, it's queen size, my bed is a queen (1" less wide even). BUT THE BED BASE IS 2" THINNER THAN MY BED. No edge support, can't get 17" deep pocket sheets to stay on, because there isn't enough bed on the base to hepl hold in place.

I hate this store so much. I think all generic mattress stores need to go with the dinosuars. "120 night sleep trial", oh but you can't return it, unless that $1000 you paid turns into $300.
