Our mattress was under warranty and it wasn’t holding up, so we got a new one as an exchange. Store service was fine, delivery went fine, or I thought! The delivery men didn’t note that they took my old mattress and now JCP is charging me for the new mattress and not giving me the credit for the one they took!
