I waited three weeks for my mattress. I called when I thought it would be due, and they said everything was fine and that somebody will schedule delivery in the next few days. Never happened, so when I call back, they said that there was a glitch and the order was cancelled and I need to reorder and wait 3 more weeks. Total joke -- do not trust this company at all. I'm walking away.
