BEST if you
- Want a firm mattress
- Are either a back or stomach sleeper, especially if you weigh 200 lb or less
- Regularly sit or sleep along the edge of your bed (edge support is excellent)
- Enjoy sleeping 'on' your mattress while being just a little hugged or cradled
- Want it be very easy to move around and change positions during the night
- Prefer a slightly below average amount of 'memory feel'
NOT IDEAL if you
- Are a side sleeper
- Don't like a lot of bounce in your mattress
- Can be easily disturbed by other movements in the bed (though motion isolation is still pretty good)
- Are allergic to wool
- Want a natural or organic mattress (though this mattress is still OK in terms of avoiding harmful chemicals)

In our review of this mattress, we tested it on an adjustable base to look for any adverse effects as the head and foot are elevated, and to see how well it conforms to the contours of the base both with and without the weight of a sleeper. Overall, we found the The DreamCloud to have good adjustable base compatibility.

- Policy: Comfort Guarantee -- Mattresses can be returned for refund for up to 365 days (after 30 day minimum trial).
- Fees: Full refund with no return fees. Outside the contiguous USA, delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Notes: DreamCloud provides you with a full year – 365 nights – to enjoy your mattress and decide if it's right for you. If you decide for any reason that it isn't your ideal mattress, your mattress will be removed from your home and your payment will be refunded.
