I got this bed a year or two ago and couldn’t be happier. It’s comfortable, even in softness, and keeps me cool at night. I got a memory foam model (I forget the specific name) with the cooling fabric cover, which was definitely worth it. All in all, very happy with this Symbol!
The manufacturer of this bed is horrible & will make up & find any excuse not to uphold their warranty.
My whole one side is blown out & sagging/dipping. Contacted symbol they found a reason not to replace this one even tho it's clearly a manufacturing problem. I've had this bed less then 3yrs.

First I wasn't happy that I couldn't flip the mattress. All we can do is move it from one side to the other. Sides of mattress started giving in within 1 year. Constantly wake up with middle and lower back pain. Have to add extra pillows under sides / lower back to support/lift. It's probably fine for the younger generation with no arthritis/hip/back issues but not for the over 50 crowd. We decided to jump with it only because we "thought" it was on sale (found out after that the price we paid is pretty much the going price of the mattress alone).

This came with our beach house, and I didnt expect to like it as much as my tempurpedic, but it’s great! Soft, but with great support, cool (hallelujah!) and king sized, which I didnt think I’d like, but we love it!

We purchased this mattress and slept on it for approx. 3 months. It is sagging, pockets on each side and edges depressed so you could roll right out of the bed. We are not overweight. Turned weekly as directed. What a piece of junk. Went through the warranty process and symbol agreed to replace in kind. Well the nearest dealer (where we purchased it, went out of buisness) was 2 1/2 hours away from our home. We would have to go and pick it up. We leave in a metropolitan area and there was not 1 dealer that carried the brand. Wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing. So we just threw away $1200 as we are not going to drive 2 1/2 hours to pick up another that will most likely have the same thing happen to it. DO NOT BUY A SYMBOL MATTRESS.
This bed felt good at first but quickly deteriorated, it offers no support and is very noisy. I would never buy another one.

The mattress was great at first, I really thought I had done well with this purchase. But then, 6 months down the road it started wearing down fast and became less and less comfortable. It's been just shy of 3 years now and I wake up every morning (and multiple times throughout the night) with severe back pain and being extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, I always wake up hot, there's never any happy medium for temperature. In just 3 years, the mattress is significantly sagging and drooping, especially on one side, and that's with rotating it every couple of months. It's compressed in areas and very noisy now. I did everything the furniture store suggested from day 1, and the mattress keeps on getting worse. I do not recommend buying a mattress from Symbol. It's been a waste of money and now my health and happiness is suffering too. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied.

JUNK! Total ripoff! No manufacturer or dealer support whatsoever. Didn't last a year. . Memory foam? What a joke . DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT ! The retailer I bought this bed from I've known for over 30 years. I considered him a friend and trusted his judgment . Went to see him regarding this bed and was given two plastic wrapped 2int x 4ftl x 2ftw pieces of foam to put under the low areas of the mattress! What a joke ! For 1700 bucks? Symbol should be fined by the EPA for polluting the environment with this junk!
