We have had this bed just shy of 4 months. About 2 weeks ago I noticed that I was not sleeping well and my back hurt upon waking. The past 2 weeks it has been getting worse, now you can physically run your hand over the top of the mattress and feel the large dips where your shoulder would be and where your hips would be. It is like this on my husbands side too. The mattress was great at first, my back was really feeling great!! Now I can hardly stand being in bed.
This mattress is the worst mattress we have ever slept on. Now we have dips where we sleep and no one will do anything about it. I will let everyone I talk to know not to purchase a symbol mattress.
We have a one and a half inch dip where my husband sleeps and a one inch where I sleep. I'm also going to report this to consumer reports.
Purchased a twin Symbol Pedic Essential mattress about 3 years ago and it has completely worn out. I have rotated it many times, purchased a memory foam mattress topper, plus a mattress pad, and I still wake up with agonizing back pain. Pain so significant that it takes all morning to subside. Honestly I've slept on worn out old couches that provide more support and comfort. So disappointed in this mattress because it's barely lasted and the discomfort began about 2 years into ownership. I would not recommend this twin mattress.
This Mattress is worth every penny, I searched for weeks and finally my girlfriend and I decided on this one. It is the perfect balance of firmness and softness. My body is so refreshed every morning and I do not want to get out. I am a late to bed early to rise person and I have had sleeping issues in the past. For the first time in years I have slept through the entire night.
We absolutely love our new mattress. It has helped so much with both my back and my husbands. We are both sleeping much better and waking up more rested! Highly recommend!
No complaints here. Surprised at how comfortable it is as well as the quality. When this arrived in a box and I was told it had inner-springs, I was skeptical but after opening I was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend (and have) and will purchase again when the time comes.

I am continually surprised at the feel of this bed. It's so different from a traditional mattress box spring set. It feels very welcoming. I won't go back.
