It is less than 2 years old, and feels like its 20!!! Contacted the manufacturer after approximately 1 year, and they would do nothing about it. Even sent them photos. Unfortunately this mattress has been very unimpressive. After purchasing this mattress in less than 2 years there was a huge drop off where my husband sleeps. The mattress was still under warranty and we received a new one; this one is worse. I am very slender and I know have a hole in my side. When I sleep in my belly my body sinks in and have neck pain when waking up. I would not recommend this mattress.

There is a 2 to 3 inch indentation where I sit when I get out of bed. It's like the foam never came back to its original shape. I would like to know if anyone else has this problem?

This mattress was given to me almost brand new. it's the worst mattress I have ever slept on in my life. Every morning I wake up feeling paralyzed from the waist down from the back pain this mattress causes. I've tried sleeping on it in various positions but cannot get comfortable. It has zero support in it. I would rather sleep on the hardwood floor in my bedroom than spend one more night in this bed.

Love this bed. Hadn't considered a Symbol in the past and VERY glad I did! It's a terrific mattress and one that I would absolutely recommend. I have back issues and with this bed i haven't experienced any pain at all. In addition, it's a great value for the comfort that I get!

This mattress does not hold up to any standard of mattress expectation. It quickly developed deep valleys and is very uncomfortable. It also is impossible to find the length of warranty on it. Avoid it if you can.

I purchased a Kingsbury firm foam bed 11/2013 in Florida for rental property. It remains firm and supportive 18 months later. Being so pleased with that bed, I purchased another for my home in tn, being promised it would be made exactly the same. It arrived and was soft not firm. It is difficult to roll in the bed because it is so soft. I have never purchased a soft bed and this one is softer than any bed I have even tried in a store. I have not slept well on it and Symbol will not stand by their promise to provide the exact bed. Consistency should be the hallmark of a mattress company. I will never buy this brand again, even though the price was right. The new bed label does not match the original bed label but they will not stand behind their promise to provide the exact same bed.

We bought from a local store. The mattress was good for 2 years or so. Before the third year ended we had large holes where we slept and we are average weight. Symbol dismissed us saying there was no warranty for comfort. The holes after two plus years on a 10 year mattress are the problem. Our local guy said he had to drop Symbol because of this problem. Fortunately for us he is helping us into a new mattress at his expense. Symbol indicated they might give us some credit towards a new mattress but we would have to do the removal pickup and installation.
