In 9 months we started noticing sagging. I have my own sag spot and my husband has his own and there is a massive lump in the middle. AFTER 9 MONTHS!! Purchased a 5 year warranty through the brick and NOPE.
It's not sagging enough. Are you kidding me? How can you tell me that this is acceptable?!? I am now 6 months pregnant and can't sleep if my life depends on it. I have to throw myself out of my trench to get out of bed. It's horrible!!!

I purchased the Vivacious Everfeel iComfort bed, and it was great for nearly a year. I'm a plus-sized woman, and discovered approximately a month ago that my side of the mattress (we rotate this mattress REGULARLY) was sagging to the point where my butt would sink all the way down to the next layer under the memory foam. We spent a SUBSTANTIAL amount of money ($2,800.00, and I'm still paying for it) on this mattress, box spring and frame (all are Serta products, by the way, and were purchased together), and to have sagging already is unacceptable. We have filed a warranty claim with Serta, since we purchased the mattress FROM the Serta website, and are waiting for an inspector to come out and confirm what we already know; that the mattress is sagging on one side and normal on the other. Get your act together, Serta...this isn't good at all and I honestly don't know that, even if the warranty is used and we receive another bed, I would ever recommend this bed to anyone I know.

However it didn't take long for my body indentation to form it feels like I am left sleeping in a while I am 165 lbs so I don't think this bed after such a short amount of time should leave an indention!! there is no obvious body marks when you look at it from up above but believe me to you it is there.

This mattress caved in the middle after six months but the warranty only covered over three inches of sinking. So, here I am stuck with a mattress that is sunken in the middle and any fitted sheet crumples in the center causing skin creases all over my body. I think sleeping on a bean bag would provide better support to be honest. The price was cheap and I got what I paid for. Next time I'll spend the extra cash and get a memory foam pillow top mattress instead.

Got this to replace a king coil plush that was too soft. Got this and I'm not disappointed with the quality at all. It's a bit firm but really supports well and evenly. Would recommend this mattress.

it bowls out from the butt area. It sags and you can clearly see the impression. The only stop normal is between my wife and I. I'm asking for another Macy's rep to come out and review it. If they measure less then 3 inches it doesn't qualify for an exchange. last time it measure about 2.3 inches. Imagine. So when I sleep in it sags another 3 + inches. It's unbearable.

The iComfort Savant Ever feel Plush felt good in the store and initially once delivered. But as nights passed the gel foam began to feel just like gel foam. Warm and gooey, rather than soft & airy. I flopped around all night and felt warm to hot at times. I'm debating whether to put a topper on it or take it back. Love the pillow tops but hate the lumps and depressions. Not many good choices in big stores, wished I would have looked at latex or hybrids more. This memory foams and memory gels from the big makers is thin & poor quality. Look elsewhere.

The mattress did hold up good for the first couple of months but as the 3rd month started we started feeling that the mattress was not coming back to its normal height after we would get out of the bed. Called rooms to go and they sent a technician who noted that the mattress did sink but it was less than an inch which was normal with memory foam mattress. But it kept sinking further over the next couple of months and then within 6 months of use it sank more than 2 inches. We are going to replace it with a new mattress. Very bad experience.
