Buy Online - Saatva Rocks

While admittedly nervous buying a mattress online, a Saatva mattress erased all concern. It's difficult enough buying a mattress with so many selections, not to mention having some sales person hovering over you. The reviews I read about Saatva were all positive, and now I know why. I have slept very well, and I no longer find myself turning over multiple times trying to get comfortable. Besides making a great mattress, Saatva also has the best customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. You just cannot go wrong with this company.

Great Mattress & Customer Service! A+

I bought the Queen size 14.5 Luxury Firm Mattress in June 2016 along with the foundation. I slept very well on it. Everyday I kept looking at the mattress expecting something to happen because that's how things go for me. I had a very thick tufted mattress cover on it that was giving the illusion of the mattress itself being uneven but I didn't know that was the problem at the time. So, I chatted with the Saatva representative online and without hesitation she credited my credit card the amount I paid for the mattress and said someone would be contacting me about pick up. No one was coming out to prove me wrong or measure, etc. When I realized the mattress was 100% fine, because I removed the mattress cover, I called and re-purchased the mattress. Throughout this process I did not encounter any attitudes or judgements on Saatva's part. They stand behind their product 100%. Do some comparative shopping and you will see that you cannot find a better mattress for the money(or even by doubling the money)and certainly will not find better customer service. By the way, I'm not a Saatva employee or related to one! I like to give credit where credit is due.

Awesome Investment

I have purchased so many mattresses over the years and so disappointed in every previous purchases. So much money wasted and so many restless nights until I purchased Saatva King Set. Had I known about it sooner I would have saved myself a lot of money. The set is worth every penny and they allow plenty of time to test the bed. I am keeping mine and purchasing another or 2 for the other bedrooms in my home. I wake up without pain and energized. Its an awesome buy!!!!

Great mattress, great service!

We love our new mattress from Saatva and their customer service is excellent! Very comfortable - not too hard, not too soft. We have now had our mattress for about 2 1/2 months and absolutely love it. We ordered a King, firm and are extremely happy with it. We ordered the 14.5 inch for height reasons and, considering the weight of a King in this depth, would probably order the 11.5 if we were to do it over. (We're in our 60s and fairly strong, but....) That said this is a VERY comfortable and well made mattress - we would order another one in a a flash! The customer service is also great - very helpful and considerate!

The Right Choice

I've had my Saatva Queen Luxury Firm for almost three months now, and I'm wishing I hadn't waited so long to buy it. I'd known almost since I paid well over $2000 for the last bed that it was a mistake--daily backaches and headaches were a constant reminder. I knew then that choosing a mattress by lying on it wasn't a dependable way to choose one, and that I'd have to do it by learning every detail about all mattresses, and about what makes a good mattress. So I spent months in research. I kept coming back to the Saatva as the best choice, but I read so many different opinions on just how firm the Luxury Firm was that it took me awhile to decide to take a chance. The purchase went exactly as the website said it would. There were no delays or hitches anywhere. The delivery men were professional, courteous, helpful, and fast. There was no off-gassing at all, and only a mild, fresh, new-bed odor. The advice to change our pillows at the same time was very prudent, and without it, I'd have blamed the bed for something that was simple to change. The Luxury Firm is exactly firm enough. After our overly-plush old bed, the Saatva at first felt too firm, but after about a week, we adjusted and it was just right. I was concerned about settling; that hasn't happened. I was concerned about edge support; it is still doing its job. We love our bed! ---

I purchased the Luxury firm after a lot of research. During the ordering the customer service was above fantastic it was giving me a feeling that I made the right choice. Upon delivery I was feeling the truth i made a very big mistake. The foundation was damaged and the mattress was dirty. Scuffs from the delivery truck, The delivery company can not get out of my driveway fast enough. I called Saatava again customer support well above 5 stars. They explained to me how to properly clean the mattress and foundation and that they would refund some money if it cleaned or would replace it that would be my call. I did not except the refund of $50.00 as it was the delivery companies mistake not Saatava. Now i am sleeping on my mattress can not sleep thru the night bed is to hard for me. I wake up with pain in my back and shoulders. this morning it took me several minuets to get up and moving. I have made 2 calls to saatva about my concerns both times I have been given excuses and the run around. I fell they want to keep me going so that the return time runs out. The excuses are hard to believe. the mattress will soften up it needs to get used to your body, it has not yet fully expanded, it can take up to 3 months to get to the comfort level you are expecting, Now the are sending me a topper I do not know why i allowed myself to accept this as the pressure was getting stronger from the service rep. I have been pressured into keeping a mattress that i can not sleep on. My suggestion is purchase a mattress from a local store that you can walk into and see a person if you have a problem.

Good NOT Great !

Although the integrity of our luxury firm mattress feels solid, it's just not holding up. Did not last 1 year . Was much harder than expected. Customer service team is excellent and the reason for 2stars. They provided a mattress topper which prevented us from returning mattress. Although, we wish we would have returned it in retrospect. Less than one year later we are shopping for a new mattress. I wake up in the morning and my hips hurt. My spouses shoulder is in discomfort.This mattress sags. Bummer!

Returned After 2 Days

The first thing I noticed was no edge support - I slid right off the side of the bed like I was sitting on a slide. Not to jump to conclusions, we decided to sleep on it and give it a chance. I noticed a strong chemical smell that grew worse over time. In fact, the entire house smelled like a hospital room by the next day. I sleep under a mountain of covers since I like to be toasty at night. I woke up during the night covered in sweat with the same amount of covers that worked great on my old mattress. My husband hated it for this fact alone - it doesn't breathe at all and he was overly hot throughout the night and could only sleep with a sheet. Returning this one to buy another mattress today! Also, when I called to return, the customer service rep offered to replace at no charge since the the chemical smell is a "manufacturer's defect" and yet they are still charging my $99 to return. I don't know how on earth this is the best reviewed mattress on google for 2015 - unless they pay them the most to say that!

Great Online Experience

This is my second time purchasing a set of mattresses from Saatva. The customer service has truly been excellent. The website is understandable, filled with helpful tips and information and easy to navigate; the phone call acknowledging receipt of my order (and actually having the opportunity to speak with a professional, patient, customer service oriented person--thank you, Paolo!) was very appreciated; and their working with me to accommodate my schedule with respect to delivery date is a blessing! The first set of mattresses that I bought last year (Luxury Firm) for a guest room is very good quality and I'm happy with it. The second set that I ordered for for myself is Firm and perfect for me. Saatva's 75-day home trial policy is what got me to order the first time and what brought me back to Saatva again. Thank you, Saatva, for making it easy for me to step out of my comfort zone and make such a large and important purchase online. Blessings to your company and its employees.

Terrible experience

We purchased our mattress in June, to make the long story short- the Delivery team damaged the mattress, it took them about another 3 weeks to deliver new one, that in my opinion also was damaged...we had to pay total of 180$ for shipping returns. Several moths later we decided to give them a try once again, opened a chat and were offered 25% discount, when i tried to make the order i was explained that Saatve manager Michael will have to call me back. When he did he explained that they can not honor the offered 25% by Carol since it was a mistake and we think we are "not the right Mattress for you sir". Never in my life I experienced such unwelcoming and unprofessional customer service. Saatva got our money "for the delivery " that damaged our product and didn't even want to accept their own offer. lucky for me i saved the Chat log with their representative Carol. To hear from CEO "I'll gladly introduce you to other brands on the market"...I guess that's what happen when you get to many good reviews. I hope my experience will be useful for thous of you who thinking purchasing this brand.
