Terrible experience

We purchased our mattress in June, to make the long story short- the Delivery team damaged the mattress, it took them about another 3 weeks to deliver new one, that in my opinion also was damaged...we had to pay total of 180$ for shipping returns. Several moths later we decided to give them a try once again, opened a chat and were offered 25% discount, when i tried to make the order i was explained that Saatve manager Michael will have to call me back. When he did he explained that they can not honor the offered 25% by Carol since it was a mistake and we think we are "not the right Mattress for you sir". Never in my life I experienced such unwelcoming and unprofessional customer service. Saatva got our money "for the delivery " that damaged our product and didn't even want to accept their own offer. lucky for me i saved the Chat log with their representative Carol. To hear from CEO "I'll gladly introduce you to other brands on the market"...I guess that's what happen when you get to many good reviews. I hope my experience will be useful for thous of you who thinking purchasing this brand.
