Within 1 month we were phoning the seller, Olindes, in Baton Rouge, La. due to the unevenness of the pillowtop padding. Olindes would send out service people, they would measure, use a level, etc., 4 times, always the same answer " nothing is wrong, nothing can be done! We gave up. Within 6 months the padding under the pillow top began to sag @ all pressure points. My husband began to get up after a few hours, due to increased back pain, and sleep in the guest room. Now, the company we purchased the mattress and Ergo bases from is closing, after over 100 years in business. We are very disappointed in your product!! the Richterman family

This is a replacement Restonic due warranty problems with the first one. Let me tell you we hate it so much that we have put it in the spare bedroom and purchased another brand. When our other couldn't be repair by Restonic we were given a partial credit to go to another Restonic and trust me this is the last time for a Restonic. Yes, I understand models do change however, the firmness and quality should be improved within 8 years.
We have spoken with store and since there is no trial period for this model we just gave up and bought another brand.
I recently fell off the bed since the side caved in. The mattress is high on one side and like a slide on the other. I am disabled and need a bed that will last more than 4 years like this Restonic Carmona brand.
I moved to another state so I cannot get a refund etc.
Very disappointed in this mattress and now injured on my knee from a recent fall from bed.

It is a nice mattress and sleeps cool. However, I should have returned it the first night but I thought the problem was I was just not used to this new mattress. You can not sleep on this because you roll into the middle and can’t get out . You have to physically pull yourself to the side to get out of bed. Almost impossible for my husband and myself to sleep in same bed because we feel like you are wrapped in the mattress. We bought this model because my husband has had multiple back operations and needs a firm Mattress. Will not honor warranty because you can not see the depression. It only occurs when you lay in the bed! I am very disappointed in this mattress!

I would not purchase this Eurotop again. My husband experiences neck pain frequently and I do occasionally. I have had tingling in my shoulders. Our old 12 year old Serta was much better.
we have definitely learned never to buy a restonic they do not held up all just after a couple months of purchasing ! We had a 10 year old mattress and it was in better shape after 10 years then this one has been in three months ! This really makes me sad we are a retired couple who work hard for our money and we felt like we threw it away on these mattresses!
I did not have back pain until I started sleeping on this mattress, and I wake up MUCH hotter and sweating on this mattress. Paid WAY TOO MUCH for this POS.
when i first purchase it I sleep worst than I did .
I thought because it was Resonic and a Hybird mattress I was getting quailty, instead am not satisfied with this mattress at all. I been sleeping down in a sink, a hole so to speak. My husband also is complaining about this mattress.

Exactly like the one at the store. Manager really knew his stuff and educated us on this Foreverbed. Only complaint is it is a little tall for us, but the comfort is the best. We had a Serta Perfect Sleeper, but this bed is so much more comfy. I would highly rate Springfield Mattress & yheir products. Their Delivery team arrived when they said and set it up for us, then took our old mattress to our garage.
Bought this to replace previous memory foam mattress had for 13 years. First year did well then sides started to lose support and has gotten progressively worse. Warranty invalid because it has a couple minor sweat stains. No excuse for such poor manufacturing. Never buy another Restonic again and will share my experience at every opportunity.
