Just upgraded to a king bed and I regret not searching for this same mattress I spent alot of money on what I thought was soft but in comparison I am quite disappointed with the new mattress! Next one will def be another restonic comfortcare brilliance!!!

This purchase was a huge investment, and we wanted to ensure that it was the correct one! Every question we asked Jason, he answered with professionalism and honesty. He was able to pinpoint what we were looking for so he could ensure that we were able to purchase the correct bed that met our needs. After we left the store the first time (undecided), my husband and I never felt pressured to purchase. We were also able to communicate via phone, text and email. I went back to store in 16 days to see if I could get a different one and they said I had to get one at the same price or less. well the one I have was the most money.i paid over 2000.00 and I was not going to buy less.I have had back and neck pain every day now.

This bed was suppose to be an extra firm mattress but it turn out that less then a few months after use, it started to sag. I wish I could get my money back because it is painful to wake up every day in this garbage. I will never buy from garner white or restonic again.
Good for pressure on shoulders--awful for back pain
purchased bed 1 week ago....immediate increase in back pain--but my shoulders felt better ---hoped back pain would improve--IT HASN'T --and the store has a no return policy so I'm out $1,000 plus.....may have to sleep on the couch which is deplorable since I have a pricey bed I can't use. When choosing your next mattress, with your mate, make sure both of you are comfortable with your side of the mattress. I am truely happy with our recent, purchase, but it has been utter horror from lack of comfort and sleep, regarding my husband.
My mattress has rows of reinforced coils to support the heaviest part of the body (the center). This is a good idea because this is where a mattress tends to sag first. However, this centrally-supported area of coils sits higher than the rest of the mattress, and I find this aesthetically unappealing. After placing a call to the corporate office, I was assured that the mattress just needed time to settle with regular usage. I purchased my mattress last year, so I'm patiently observing for now. I believe that this particular mattress characteristic (height of center coils) should be made known to each consumer PRIOR to the time of purchase.
