not worth the money

Very disappointed in the quality of this mattress. Paid more for it in a furniture store thinking it was a good quality since it had the Scott name on it. In the year since I had it - the wear spots or there. I can't seem to get comfortable on it. The middle of the bed is higher than the sides on sleep on. I change sides of the bed every week to help with the wear of the mattress. I weigh 115 pounds. So sorry this mattress was purchased.

Worst purchase ever

Had this Scott Living Restonic mattress for less than a year. It already shows body indentations even after turning the mattress every month. Filed a complaint with Restonic and they refused because our mattress had 1” indentations and they want 1.5” indentations. This mattress is not even a year old. I will never purchase a Restonic ever again. I did my research and physically shopped, not on line. Now I am looking for a mattress topper that can help with the indentations. More money spent. Am on a fixed income so dropping another $100-$300 for mattress topper after spending $1,700+ on this debacle is not any easy fix.

Great… at first

We loved this bed the first 2 years. After a few years, the foam top deteriorated, left body imprints, and no longer supported us.

I am very disappointed with the mattress and the so-called warranty. The salesperson was not very helpful, either. $1,110 is a significant expenditure for my husband and I. We are retired and on a fixed income. So when, after having this mattress for less than two months, it develops a big lump right around the area where my husband's hip hits, I was appalled. I've had much cheaper mattresses that didn't do this. This lump is around eight inches long, and about an inch high. It's very noticeable when the bed is made. In addition, I never received a document explaining the terms of the warranty. The salesman from Beyers in Bloomfield, IN, basically gave me a song and dance about why Restronics would not respond to my complaint about the lump. All in all, this is a huge let-down and I promise you I will never buy another product from your company. Thank you for your attention. Mary Ellen Spurlin 3/4/2023

Mattress got all lumpy where i slept

Tried to find my warranty and could not. Just the 120 day sleep guarantee which i refused. I have had the mattress 13 months and noticed about 5 months ago that there is a big lump where i sleep. Also i cannot sit on the edge of the bed without slipping. Not sure whats going on there but nothing i can do about it except get some friends to help me turn it around.

Absolutely Horrible! Don't waste your money it's garbage!

When we purchased this mattress it was to replace a 15 year old traditional mattress that was just showing signs of wear. We paid just over $3000 for it and expected that it would last us at minimum a few years and with all the high tech crap in it that it would offer support and comfort for a great night's sleep. However just slightly over a year, there were gullies already forming that began causing back and joint issues. I made a review on the site of the store we purchased it at and after tape measures and pictures to try and show these awful gullies, there was no resolution. Here I am another year later and it's 100 times worse. I am in pain daily when I wake in every pressure point in my body. I do not sleep well and neither does my husband. Only two years after spending a ridiculous amount on this bed, as much as we want to cry doing so, we need to buy a new bed. Our health just won't allow us to continue to sleep on this bed. But if my writing this review saves anyone else from the pain and the drain on their pocket book from garbage, then it was worth a few minutes of my time.

Broke at two years and wouldn't replace without us driving

We loved this mattress until it broke on my husband's side just 2 years in. He is 6'1 and 180 lbs - yet his side completely caved in and you could see the at the end of the mattress how it tilted and caved on his side. We got approved for a warranty from the store we had bought it but had moved 4 hours away with no local stores. We also got approved by Restonic but their response was that it was closer to drive it back to the original location than their warehouse. We were extremely disappointed with their customer service - we would have had to rent a u-haul to drive it and were in the middle of medical treatments and couldn't do that. We ended up going with a whole other company that has a warranty that includes shipping. We still haven't heard back from our last e-mail requesting the cost of shipping. Would not recommend.

Despite being 88% polyurethane, smell was very minimal.

It's a firm mattress with a firm gel-like pillow top. I like it very much. It has never molded around my body; no indentations. And it's almost ten years old.

Have loved this mattress!

Didn’t know a mattress could be this comfortable! Wanted a traditional innerspring mattress (recommendation of PT, foam-type mattresses maintain maladaptive body positions). Also wanted just a little bit of cush for our aging bodies. This was the perfect find! Can’t count the number of times we’ve said “we love our bed”! After 14 years, disappointed to find it is no longer made... will need to find a new replacement.

Poor Service with destroyed mattress

This has been the hardest company to work with. My mattress was delivered by 2 gentleman contracting through the the DUMP. These gentleman had my mattress folded in half with a sting around it. So with that being said me and my partner roll to the middle. I have placed a claim where these guys only ask for pictures, no one has come out to my home to verify. MY CLAIM HAS BEEN DENIED due to the delivery guys negligence. I will give this a few days to get resolved otherwise I will be at whatever facility I need to with a news crew because of the hassle. I have been dealing with this since February this company saying their computers are down. Not to mention one of the employees told me they drag their ass to help customer said he was so embarrassed to be working for them. I need resolution immediately. I work hard for my money and you all will not just take my money i want a new mattress or my money back ASAP. This is the saddest company I have ever dealt with the customer service is awful as well as the company. I will be contacting a new crew if I do not get resolution ASAP. My off day id Friday and I will dedicate the entire day to getting this matter handled I will no longer wait. Angry Customer.
