Shoulder pain!

Have had mattress less than a month, Im a side sleeper, now having shoulder issues. Reviews Im seeing now say for person 130 pounds and under. So if youre looking to spend $1000 on a bed for your kid, this might be the one.

Worst Mattress Ever

This mattress was advertised as cushion Firm and after 2 years or less, it has lost most of not all of it's support and is like a hammock. I can't even sleep in this bed with my partner because I feel that I am constantly rolling towards him in the middle. We have another hybrid mattress that was much cheaper and had much better support. VERY disappointed :(

Piece of junk

Have only owned this mattress for about a year. The indents on my side and my spouses side are ridiculous! I actually had to go out a buy a large piece of foam to fill the hole where my body lies! (which moves around all over).The store where I purchased the mattress has since closed. I cannot find the receipt but the mattress label shows the mattress itself was made only a year prior. There is a 10 year warranty on the mattress. I contacted Restonic to no avail. They will not budge saying I need a receipt! I have proof the mattress is only a year old! I would NEVER purchase another mattress made or sold by Restonic as they do not stand by their products. It also took 6 months for them to even respond to my complaint and all phone calls were just forwarded to a machine this was all BEFORE COVID)! Buyer Beware! Do not purchase! The mattress will never last!

Was great at the beginning

I’ve only had this mattress for 10 months... I have slept on both sides because it has impressions where I’ve been sleeping... The mattress is lumpy, my lower back has been hurting since the mattress is getting worn down... Right away, in the beginning I felt it supported my lower back and hip area, best sleep ever... I’m not happy, only 10 months and I am waking up with back pain... The Warrenty is not honored, has to have 2inch over the whole mattress. The sides of the mattress is really soft, to the point of rolling off.. I have to sleep in the middle until that gets worn down too.. I spent a lot of money on this mattress, it should be lasting longer than this!!! I’m not super heavy, 140 lbs.... this mattress shouldn’t be doing this!!! DO NOT waste your money on this mattress or this company!!! I will have to be buying a new mattress soon, money I don’t have... I wish they stood behind their Warrenty and products!!! I took good care of the mattress too, made sure to keep a cover on it because I was scared this exact thing would happen!!

No support after 3 months

Thought I was purchasing a quality product, certainly paid for one. NOT was nice for the first 3 months then the breakdown of the foam topper made this an uncomfortable waste of money.

Garbage

This was supposes to last 15 years, by year 3 the sides caved. We are not large people, and are not rough on furniture.

Like sleeping in a bird's nest. Sink to the center.

The chose the most expensive mattress on the floor thinking it would be the best one. After a few months it started drinking in the center. After 2 1/2 years they took it for 2 weeks to rebuild it. I tried it for 4 months. No change. I weigh 124 # and sleep on the mattress alone. Guests say they can't believe the age or price of the mattress. Now I am waiting to learn what Restonic will do.

Love my new Restonic bed from Crazy Jay's

Marvelous middle not so marvelous. I need sleep!

I expected when buying from a furniture store, quality would be excellent. When we first brought it home, my husband complained that he felt like his feet were higher than his head. Two years later we both have back issues and feel like we are sleeping in a V. When I lay on my side, my thigh and hip hurt. I wake up in the middle of the night when the numbness starts. Now we rotate the bed every couple of weeks with zero relief. We tried to use the warranty but the company doesn't recognize the issue as an issue. 20 year warranty?! The dealer won't do anything either because the mattress got a stain on it. Crappy mattress and crappier service!

Restonic is a great brand! I had a much more expensive mattress before this one. My previous mattress was over 3,000 and I think all I paid for was the big name. I sleep wonderful on my new mattress!
