Policy: Comfort Guarantee -- Mattresses can be exchanged for up to 120 days (after 30 day minimum trial).
Fees: Customer pays any increase in price + $139 exchange fee (except on Money Back Guarantee models).
Notes: Exchange covers same size, limit 1 exchange per customer.

Lowest price guarantee

Policy: Store will beat any comparable advertised price for the same mattress for 30 days after purchase. Original price will be reduced by 110% of the difference in prices.
