We opened our first store in 1983 with the goal of bringing quality brands, outstanding values, and great sleep to people in West Virginia. We succeeded! Return Policy:
Policy: Comfort Guarantee -- Mattresses can be exchanged for up to 120 days (after 30 day minimum trial).
Fees: $99 fee + full retail value of any free gifts or discounted promo items that came w/ purchase
Notes: Mattresses can be exchanged once for a mattress of equal or greater value. Mattress must be purchased with a protector (or left in its original plastic) to qualify for a return / exchange. No exchanges for "as is" models or specialty sizes (eg, Cal King, Split King, Split Queen). No returns.

Policy: Store will match any comparable advertised price for the same mattress for 120 days after purchase.
