Our last sales Rep. Mike Mader handled our concerns very well. I would highly recommend him!

Original Review (5/12/12):

In the end, WGR honored all of their return policies. They even suggested that they would go the extra distance to make sure I was comfortable. However, in the end, their recommendations for a more expensive, softer mattress were terribly wrong. I never woke up sore every morning. NOW, after buying the expensive mattress, this is the norm.
