I was looking for a new Queen mattress and box springs to replace a Serta double pillow top which I had purchased at Marshall Field 25 years ago. US mattress had the product that I wanted and needed! Micah was my sales person. He was excellent! Knowledgeable, courteous, and very kind. In addition all of the customer service reps are also excellent, knowledgeable courteous and kind. My brand new mattress arrived today and it is absolutely gorgeous! Arrived in flawless perfect condition.
