We needed a mattress for our guest room ASAP and found our ability to find and purchase one, and get it delivered with a few days to be optimal. Lucas was great - he was patient, knew his stuff, and made the process easy. When we realized that the one we wanted would take two weeks to be delivered, he found us a similiar one that was a little less money and in their warehouse, ready for a more immediate delivery option.
