When you purchase a product they will talk up the warranty and then when there is an issue they'll tell you to go to the manufacturer. If and when the manufacturer denies it The Brick will just say "sorry, we can't do anything."
I've had two mattresses in just over two years fall apart. The latest one is supposed to be extra firm and when you lay on it you sink several inches with your limbs in the air. Told that's not a structural thing it's a COMFORT thing. Sinking in an extra firm bed is a comfort issue. As long as the mattress isn't sinking over an inch and half with no weight on it than there is no issue with it.
I'll never buy another product from this store; I don't like stores that have taillight warranties.

Same thing happened to us. We bought 2 mattresses and after less than a year they fell apart. When we lay now on it we sink in the middle of the mattress and it’s not even at all. It has sagging issues and when we asked their help they just give any excuses to get rid of doing any customer satisfaction service. We are both retired and we are sorry that we bought from the Brick.
