Had trouble when the mattress was only six months old, paid 1000.00 on sale supposedly was 1800.00 mattress ,they sent out a person to check it and they just went by what serta said and would not help to stand behind it. We were told the frame had to have a centre slat which ours does then said it has to have a centre leg on the slat. Does have six rollers on it. Our old 13 year old mattress was in better shape than this one!!
