The bed was very hard and they wouldn't allow us to return it - only offered an exchange for a different style. The problem with that is they don't have any beds that I like. Will never return to this store!

    The Texas Bed Company contacted me today so that they can make it right. They are doing their best to please me. My review is no longer negative.
