The salesperson seemed extremely knowledgeable. I wanted to get a mattress like the one I slept in at a hotel 4 years ago, but he told me that the manufacturer, Serta, had been purchased by Tempurpedic and now only made memory foam mattresses. Based on my providing the exact mattress that fit my needs and his familiarity with it, he recommended Natura Greenspring Liberta Ultra Plush. The mattress I bought from matressexpert.com is NOTHING like the Serta mattress in terms of firmness, springiness, comfort, etc. Because the mattress is not refundable, not even with a restocking fee, I'm stuck throwing away $2,000 just for a mattress (no foundation) and want to warn others to be careful if you choose to buy from this seller or manufacturer. It's a final decision and you cannot try it out or return it.
