The store Should Not Sell Products That Fail A Year Or So After Purchase. Don't Sell Customers A Mattress That You Know Will Fail. You Now What That Means. Retail Stores I Think Are Destin To Fail Do To The Fact That They Do Not Honor Any Tipe Of Warranty Anymore. I Am Not A Great Fan Of Super Stores But They Do Honor Warranty...
