I should have know from the minute the sales person helped me. She was in a rush and had no time for me. I wanted to get this done so I put up with her sales pressure. I was charged a $99 delivery fee because the mattress was only $599 and not $600 for free delivery. The delivery people came late and I had to change a few of my appointments. They parked the truck in a bike lane and cars could not get buy. One of the guys left and never returne leaving the other guy to setup my mattress. He was frustrated in a hurry and tired as it was the end of his day. I became his side kick and he sharply ask me to hold doors, wrap up the plastic, He also was required to take old mattress and frame to my curb which he was not happy about. While taking out the frame he banged into my furniture leaving marks and scraps. Ugh…not sure why i gave him a tip. I did not see the inch scratch until he left. Never use them again. Called customrer service to complain and someone was suppose to get back to me in 48 hours that did not happened , not surprise they got their money, called again and now have to wait another 24-48 hours. NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN
